A $35.00 administration fee would be charged in order to get the reissued replacement check. The check could only be paid when it is time to pay for the next quarterly payment. According to the policy we have our valued customers can get away with this $35.00 fee when it is their first time, however all the other requests will be charged with the fee. Moreover, you can get away with paying extra charges if you don’t delay the check submission upon request.

We give our authors a comprehensive custom sales report. The Ingram which is an ISBN specific search system we let our authors get to the detailed book sale report that has been followed within the past 90 days. However, since this is time-consuming and requires efforts thus we charge around $25 for the same and deliver it within a few days of submission.

The book sales report does not start from the starting date of the month. It is a bit different here. Such as, if a book is sold on 29th December it will be included in January and the 28th of January will be calculated in Feb report. This is done through Ingram.

This is subjective to the demand of author royalties and can vary from 10s of dollars to even thousands of dollars.

Authors who have already gotten their book published are allowed to make referrals. The unique ID you get is your reference number.

• You are not bound to get your book published to refer to the website. You simply have to sign up get your User ID and get the link access.
• You can share the link on your website or through email marketing
• You will be asked to improve the performance of your website for better promotion, work on your content
• Help each new author get what he wants from our site
• Just as the author clicks on the link you have provided them, the Vox Publishers will record your data and activities.
• After the publication process, the new author placed is completed, your affiliate ID will be attached to the publication, and you will receive 20% of the total commission.

You will be asked to share your affiliate link with your customers and friends in the social circle. We pay members after the commission reaches the amount of $50 or above after every quarter of a year.

The authors who are already in our list of publications are allowed to make referrals and even the people who just want to work on referrals without getting anything published is allowed to do that. You will have to get a user ID and the link access. You can then refer is to other authors and after the publication your affiliate ID will get a 20 percent of the total commission. The minimum limit to get paid is to either reach $50 or above.

Traditional book stores either keep the book in stock, or the order could be placed in the bookstore. Pearl, Diamond, Ruby, and Sapphire are in our list of bookstores just like the Ingram. We make a strategy and deliver the same in making your readership to be increased and making the bookstores to have your books in theirs.

Publishing with Vox publishers gets you to Ruby, Diamond, Sapphire or Pearl package that is already listed on Amazon and thus you don’t have a need to participate in the Amazon Advantage program. We can make all of the requirements of the Amazon to be handled.

Authors who have got Ruby, Diamond, and Pearl get the worldwide distribution a Baker and Taylor, Bertams, Ingram and Gardeners. We have around 25,000 potential sales channels that your book will be available at. Moreover, platforms like Amazon, Barnes and Noble, Books-A-Million and such others are also included in the list.

We send the complete book information to platforms like Ingram and then the individual retailers collect the book information and make it be publicized. It takes 6-7 days to get your book available for purchase and it is the duty of a retailer who is handling the book.

Books ordered in large quantity can have up to 50 percent of discounts depending on the type and quality of the book.

At Vox publishing the option of shipping books to the international region is available. You will have to select the country in the given dropdown and we will ship it there. But keep in mind that we do not deliver in North Korea, Cuba, Libya or Nigeria.

For the retailers who belong to Amazon and Barnes and Nobles it takes 24 hours. We after receiving the book send it publishing department. These retailers are notified with emails. There could be a slight delay in some cases when it is sent to both the customer and the retailer. The books that are received on this Link “LINK” can be printed in 3 business days only.

Furthermore, when the author buys their own book in the publishing center it takes 5-7 days in publishing. If the printers are not busy it can happen early as well. The seasons can also affect the time-frame. If you select the “rush” production the book will be printed in the said timeframe.
