Here is the extensive and detailed illustration design process we follow.

• Our support team first provides the project to us after careful analysis.
• The illustration team then asks you further about your project details in case no traces of confusion are left.
• If you are not content with the initial draft of the illustration, then we also offer multiple revisions for your utmost ease.
• While it happens very occasionally that our clients ask us to make revisions as the designs and drawings we create are immaculate.
• After completing the design process, we send out variations of the illustrations we design. The resolution is of low quality and is only sent to make sure there is no need for further changes or improvements.

Our illustration packages are quite detailed and will befit to your needs perfectly. Whether you want to get a single illustration or a collection of different drawings, you can select the package you believe fits your requirements well. Our process of drawing, illustration designs, is highly unique and innovative so no illustration has ever looked the same or followed a similar concept. If you want more changes and customizations in the artwork then we can do that for you as well.

If there is a specific illustration style that is not in stock then we will refund the exact amount to you. But, if you chose to customize your illustration, then the refund policies will vary from it.

• The minimum requirement for revisions is only three and if the client wants to cancel the order, there is a cancellation fee for it.
• The cancellation fee is not the same for every illustration package and depends on the artwork style and the number of files you chose.
• If the client is not content with revisions only then a cancellation fee is applied or else, the client will not get a refund.

Our privacy policies are highly secure and private, so we do not share contact details of the illustrator and client with each other. The mode of conversation is through email and that is how both parties will have to converse. If you still think you are facing some issues in communicating with the illustration team then our support team is there to sort out your queries. We do not own the rights to your artwork and illustrations as you will have a credible license to use them.
